About Petidi Club
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Log in, add your pet to your Pet Profile (takes 10 seconds) and tap "Try free for 30 days". Your membership starts right away — no payment info required. For 30 days, you get free shipping and earn 3% back in Petidi Points on every order. When the trial ends, your membership closes automatically and your card is never charged; to continue, join for 99 TL/year. One free trial per account.
Is shipping free on every order?
Yes — no minimum, whatever your cart total. If you buy the membership together with your food, free shipping starts on your next order; you'll still get your Petidi Points and gift on that order.
How do Petidi Points work?
When your order ships, 3% of the product total you paid is added to your account as Petidi Points — store credit (1 point = 1 TL, no multipliers). Points are valid for 100 days; redeem them at checkout on your next order. Pay by bank transfer and you'll earn the transfer bonus on top.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
When you buy dry food, choose "Subscribe & Save" and pick how often you want it delivered (no membership or login needed). Get 10% off your first order and 5% off every order after. You can also use Subscribe & Save for wet food (cans and pouches): 5% off every order, including the first. When it's time, we'll send you a ready-to-go cart link on WhatsApp; you pay each time yourself — no automatic charges. Use "Manage delivery" in the message to skip a delivery, push it back a week, change the frequency or cancel. Club members also get free shipping.
I deleted my Subscribe & Save message. How do I get the link?
Just message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page and we'll resend the link right away. If no order is placed for two deliveries in a row, your Subscribe & Save ends automatically.
Will my card be charged automatically?
No. You pay once for the membership and it ends automatically when the year is up. We don't store your card details.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
Your membership starts with payment and its benefits can be used right away, so the right of withdrawal doesn't apply once it starts with your consent. However, if you haven't used any Club benefits (free shipping, Petidi Points, gifts) within the first 14 days, we'll refund your membership fee, no questions asked. Details: Distance Sales Agreement.
Free shipping isn't showing up. What should I do?
