N&D Pumpkin Grain-Free Venison, Pumpkin and Apple Adult Cat Food is a grain-free dry food with venison and apple from Farmina's Pumpkin range, made for adult cats. Available in 1.5 kg and 5 kg bags.
Ingredients: Boneless venison (28%), dried venison protein (26%), pea starch, chicken fat, dried pumpkin (5%), dried egg, herring, dried herring protein, fish oil (herring), dried carrot, alfalfa meal, inulin, fructo-oligosaccharides, yeast extract (source of mannan-oligosaccharides), dried apple (0.5%), dried blueberry, dried pomegranate, dried spinach, psyllium husks and seeds (0.3%), dried sweet orange, sodium chloride, dried brewer's yeast, turmeric (0.2%), aloe vera extract.
Analytical constituents: Protein 42%, fat 20%, crude fiber 1.8%, crude ash 8.7%, moisture 8%. Metabolizable energy 4,185 kcal/kg.
The main protein source is venison (28% boneless venison, 26% dried venison protein). Carbohydrate comes from pea starch; dried pumpkin (5%) provides fiber. The formula also contains egg, herring, apple, blueberry and pomegranate. The food contains 42% crude protein, 20% crude fat and 1.8% crude fiber; its metabolizable energy is 4,185 kcal/kg. It is supplemented with taurine and L-carnitine.
Work out the daily portion from the table on the back of the bag according to your cat's weight and activity. Switch to the new food over 7–10 days, mixing it in gradually with the old food; make sure fresh water is always available. Venison is a protein source rarely used in cat food. Owners whose cats are bored of the usual flavors, or who want to try a different protein, choose this recipe.
The formula contains no grains such as wheat, corn or rice; carbohydrate and fiber come from pea starch, pumpkin and fruit and vegetables.
When switching to a new food, mix the foods over 7 days, gradually reducing the amount of the old food and increasing the amount of the new food.
