Hill's Science Plan Hypoallergenic Medium Adult Salmon is a grain-free, complete and balanced dry food for medium breed dogs aged 1–6 with an adult weight of 11–25 kg. Hill's states the formula is made with a limited number of protein sources for dogs with sensitive skin and stomachs. Dried potatoes (21%) are the first ingredient; the only animal protein source on the list is salmon meal (9%). Available at Petidi in 2.5 kg and 12 kg bags.

What's the difference between hypoallergenic food and standard salmon foods?
Most standard foods (even salmon ones) can contain hidden protein sources such as chicken fat or animal by-products. The Hill's Hypoallergenic line uses only fish (salmon and tuna) as animal protein. This "limited ingredient" approach offers an ingredient list your dog's immune system doesn't recognize or react to, eliminating the allergy risk.
My medium breed dog itches constantly. Is this food a sure fix?
