Deleting Your Petidi Account
If you would like your Petidi account and associated personal data to be deleted, you can use one of the following methods.
1. By email
Send an email to info@petidi.com with the subject "Account deletion request." Simply include the email address registered to your account.
2. From the mobile app
In the Petidi app, go to Account → Delete My Account. From this screen, you can instantly delete the data on your device and send your account deletion request with a single tap.
Data that is deleted
- Your customer account and login details
- Your name, surname, phone and address details
- Your Pet Profile: species, breed, age, weight and feeding preferences
- Your in-app preferences and favorites
Data that is kept
Order records linked to invoices are kept for the period required by tax and commercial legislation. These records are kept only for legal obligations; they are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.
Timeline
Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest, and you will be notified when it is done.
